Chair Mount Attachment Plate Form

Description

Replacement mounting plate for MTSIM seat mounts. When changing the chair, the form plate can simply be exchanged and the rest of the seat bracket can continue to be used.

The plates are designed to support the attachment on specific chairs. All form plates are made out of extremely strong 8mm V2A stainless steel stock.
